All products at Custom Boxes Zone are produced according to your specific requirements, including size, material, design, and printing. Because each order is unique and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds or returns once production has started unless the issue falls under the conditions listed below.

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Once the design proof has been approved or printing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

  • The delivered product does not match the approved specifications (size, material, or design).
  • The printing or finishing contains clear production defects.

4. Replacements

In most cases, Custom Boxes Zone offers replacements instead of refunds. If your order is defective or incorrect, we will reproduce the packaging and ship it to you at no extra cost. This ensures you receive the correct product without additional financial loss.


5. Proof Approval Responsibility

Before printing, we send a digital proof for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the design, spelling, logos, and artwork. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors that were present in the approved proof.


6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries due to factors beyond our control.
